A. It is very simple using MangopeWallet App or through Web App
Login into your MangopeWallet Account Select the option for recharge of mobile number Enter the mobile number or select from the contacts to recharge Enter the mobile number or select from the contacts to recharge Mobile will get recharged successfully Same process will go for DTH recharge.
A. You can add money to your MangopeWallet by Taping on add money icon on home page by following option: –
Select your payment method option like Credit /Debit, Net Banking, IMPS or NEFT. If you are making payment through credit card or debit card or net banking, you will be redirected to the secure payment getaway (charges applicable) Enter the amount Select the saved card if already added and enter only CVV number and tap to pay or enter card details or bank details to pay After completion of the transaction you will be redirected to your home page with new balance. If you are adding money through IMPS/NEFT, enter your transaction reference id and bank name and amount, tap on request to add Wait for approval from MangopeWallet admin After approval, your account balance will be updated with the new balance. Web App Select your payment method option like Credit /Debit, Net Banking, IMPS or NEFT. If you are making payment through credit card or debit card or net banking, you will be redirected to the secure payment getaway (charges applicable) Enter the amount Select the saved card if already added and enter only CVV number and tap to pay or enter card details or bank details to pay After completion of the transaction you will be redirected to your home page with new balance. If you are adding money through IMPS/NEFT, enter your transaction reference id and bank name and amount, tap on request to add Wait for approval from MangopeWallet admin After approval, your account balance will be updated with the new balance.
Q. Is there any limitation on adding money in my MangopeWallet?A. If you are a Non-KYC user, you can add up to Rs.10, 000 in a calendar month in your MangopeWallet. If you are a KYC user, you can add any amount as long as your Mangopewallet balance does not exceed Rs.1,00,000 at any point of time.
